Derek Reddy
The head of the company is Dipl. TESOL Derek Reddy. He was born and raised in the heart of England - Derbyshire. In England, Belgium and Germany he gained more than 30 years of professional experience in finance, banking, teaching and intercultural management. Fascinated by the topic of personal development, he is primarily interested in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) as well as incorporating it into his seminars and coaching sessions. It was therefore important for Derek Reddy to receive his training as an NLP Practitioner personally from the NLP co-developer and English specialist John Grinder. One of Derek Reddy's strengths is his ability to communicate and connect with people. Together with his professional experience, the certified and graduated international business English teacher can make an excellent contribution to his work as an executive coach.
