The head of the company is Dipl. TESOL Derek Reddy. He was born and grew up in the heart of England – Derbyshire. In England, Belgium and Germany he gained more than 30 years of professional experience in the areas of banking, teaching and intercultural management. As personal development has always fascinated him, he is particularly interested in the area of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and how to integrate this knowledge in his seminars and coaching. So it was particularly important for Derek Reddy to receive his training to be a NLP practitioner personally from the NLP co-developer and Linguist John Grinder. Above all, Derek Reddy’s strengths are his ability to communicate and bond with people. In combination with his professional experience the DELTA trained, certified and graduated International Business English teacher is able to integrate this ability in his work as an Executive Coach.
