The protection of the personal data of the user is a major issue for Interspeech. Interspeech has taken all necessary organisational and technical measures to comply with relevant data privacy regulations.

Basic principles concerning the use and processing of personal data
Interspeech submits to following rules for the protection of the user’s personal data: Interspeech collects, processes and uses personal data only in compliance with the data protection laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the relevant instructions of the European Union. Interspeech will use the data as given by the user among other things for bid proposal management as well as for the transmission of its own newsletter. Interspeech will not make your personal details known to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Cookies
When registering at Interspeech site so-called Cookies are used to identify the user for the duration of his visit. A cookie will be stored on the user's computer while visiting the Interspeech site and automatically deleted upon the termination of his visit.
Log Files
When the User accesses the Interspeech site, the access data will be stored on the Interspeech server. Interspeech draws on these logs in an anonymous manner for statistical evaluation so that no allocation to the user can take place.
Access Rights
At all times you have the right to get information on the data we have stored with reference to your person, the origin of the data and its recipient as well as the purpose of its storage.
Right of Revocation
At all times you have the right to revocation of the consent for data processing and use with effect for the future. We will completely delete your data immediately except in cases justified by abuse of our platform or services.
Amendments of Privacy Policy
In case of amendments of our privacy policy the user will be informed via email. A printout or a storage of the privacy policy of Interspeech can be made at any time.
